output issues
I am outputting from FCP using Kona to HDCAM SR with 10 channel audio sometimes I get 1/2 way through & frames start dropping sometimes 1/2 way through and audio – no consistency in what drops when – I have tried reinstalling drivers, ect – has anyone heard of anything like this?

Most common issue with dropped frames is the codec you are using and the speed of your drives. Also a common problem if any media is on your system drive.
You might be just on the limit with your media drive. One trick is to lay down the picture with no sound and then do an audio insert to restripe just the sound. Make a copy of the timeline and delete the audio in one version and the picture in the other.
