Output from avid (Mac) to HPX170
Hello everyone!
I am having problems when I try to playout and record my sequence created on Avid MC (Mac) to my Panasonic P2 HPX170. I have tried to do so in two different ways. A) A simple timeline playback of the sequence B) Using OUTPUT/DIGITAL CUT. None of them is working. Do you guys know if there’s any incompatibility issue between this two systems? I am asking this because, when I plug the camera into the MacBook, the record monitor goes black and this error log appears: “PMDIO_OutputModeStart – Failed to start driver – FT Status Code – FT_StartLink Failed _ FlamethrowerOHCITTRansmitLink – Start Link – Failed to start stream”.

I forgot to explain that I connect both devices through an 1394 cable 8 pin (mac) to 6 pin (HPX170). Thanks again…
