  Output for print on Bizhub

  I’m an InDesign noob. I am trying to output a small catalogue(8 pages) to be printed on a Bizhub C451. I cannot figure out how to export a pdf, other format or print from ID, in a way that I can print on 11×17 with a half fold and have the last page print on the same spread as the front.
  I realize I may have screwed this up when I created the document but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to either fix the document set up or my export/print settings to print correctly. I end up with a first page that prints landscape across the whole thing, several center spreads that print correctly front and back and then a back page that prints landscape across the whole page.
  I am working in CS3.
