  Outboard monitor

  I’m running PP CC2015 on a new Mac Pro with an outboard HP monitor connected via HDMI that I’m using as a full screen program monitor.
  All of a sudden, if I bring up another program (like finder) on my work screen, the program output blanks on the outboard monitor and shows just the desktop background. I can’t get the PP program back without rebooting PP. Didn’t make any changes that I know of. Any suggestions?
