‘OUT OF MEMORY’ on exporting but have 211GB available!
bit weird, Im trying to export a 12 min video from FCP but it says out of memory!!!!…. Ive checked the hard drive and there is loads of space… I also have loads of space on the main HD
please help!

Probably the commonest reason for this error is that you have used stills in your sequence that are over 4K in size.
If that is the case use Photoshop (or your favourite picture editor) to reduce the size of the stills down to less than 4000 pixels and you should find the out of memory error goes away.
