OT: Are there FX presets in Sound Forge Pro 10?

I am processing audio files in Sound Forge Pro 10. I want to select all, apply Izotope RX2 Hum Removal, Sony 3:1 Compression, and duplicate a mono microphone to show up in both left and right channels.

I am processing a small number of files. Is there some way to pre-pregram this, to make it a one-button-push operation?

Thanks for all of the wonderful help I have received in this forum.

Use batch converter under “tools” you can insert numerous FX and then choose the files to run the processes on. You can also set the folder to save the new files to…I use it all the time.

    Good Luck

[Norman Willis] “…and duplicate a mono microphone to show up in both left and right channels.”

I’m not sure why you would want to do this. I would keep mono microphones mono to avoid possible phase cancellation problems later. Vegas will correctly route the mono mic to the left and right channels for you. No need to make them stereo (not to mention that it’s a waste of disk space).
