    OT: Panasonic AJ-D650 deck question

    Does this deck have a Firewire option? I know it has an SDI option and it has two spaces in the back for optional cards, but is one of them Firewire? Any major issues with this deck, other than capacitors dropping off on the board?

    Also, what year did this deck come out? Not finding any info on Panasonic’s site.

    Hi,

    This deck does not have a firewire option ans was discontinued sometime in 2002. It debuted in 97-98.
