I use xprove.com. It is a small monthly few (based on space needed), but it allows you to customize the interface with your logo. Clients can stream or download video (and files) and also post comments (which can include timecode markers).

I have had one client say he had troubles, but I think it may have been operator error, all my other clients, several from 4 different companies, have been able to view download with no trouble.

That’s one of the things I really like about Media Batch. It’s customized not only with our own logo, but I can add the Client logos to all of their pages. Really adds a nice level of professionalism when you can completely customize the interface so each client feels like you’ve created something especially for them.

Walter, if you have any insights as to the advantage of the Pro version that would be appreciated.

The only problem I’d have with Media Batch (besides forcing me finally to make a website) is that it relies on the speed of your own server. I suspect the alternative file transfer sites are faster for up/download.

I’ve just started using ScreenCast for quick reviews & delivery (I found them through their advertisement on the bottom of this forum).

You upload a video, optionally password-protect it, optionally allow downloads, and send your clients a link. None my my clients have had any issues viewing or downloading media, and the servers seem very fast.

Big downside is that there doesn’t seem to be a way to brand their site — whereas Xprove and Media Batch would do this — but I think you can embed the video into your own site through a link they provide.
