OT – Last call for our Movie Premiere!
If you’re in the Atlanta area this evening (Wednesday) and want to check out our original short film, we still have some seats available. Immediately after the screening, WH Platts, Panasonic and Canon will present a High Definition showcase featuring the Varicam and Canon Prime Lenses. My Mobile Uncompressed HD Edit system will be there as well featuring the K2 with a Medea FCR2X.
Here’s the details and maybe we’ll see you there!
Doors open at 7:15 pm, event begins at 7:50 pm.
You will find a registration table upon entering the theater lobby where you will be required to sign in.
Regal Cinemas Hollywood 24 is located just off I-85 in Chamblee.
Take I-85 to Shallowford Road (Exit 93) and then take the Access Road North.

David, all I can say is WOW! Panasonic brought in a PT-7000 HD Large Venue Projector and it was just insane. It looked better on the 57′ screen than it does in my suites. That is an unbelievable projector and to see it up on the big screen last night in a real honest-to-goodness movie theater was amazing.
Special thanks to AJA for helping to sponsor the event and for all their support during the production of the film. It’s a very surreal experience to see your work up on a big screen like that and even more surreal for almost 200 people to come and see it.
We had a tremendous event and incredible reponse to the story so hopefully you’ll see it out on the Film Festival circuit soon! You’ll definitely see scenes from it at NAB in April. Canon has already asked to show select scenes in their booth and I will making appearances there as well. Maybe we’ll have to set up a screening out there with Panasonic and Canon. That would be fun!
