OT: Final Cut Dream
This was just too funny for me not to post.
Last Friday, I told my wife how I was having a stress dream about not finding what I needed at the grocery store (I’m reading a grilling/barbecue book so I guess it bleed over into my dreams). She then goes on to tell me that she dreamt she was having an argument with someone about Final Cut and Avid. She couldn’t remember who she was arguing with, or much of what she said, but she did remember yelling in her dream, “AVID SUCKS!!!” Considering she has really only PA’d once, and works in a high-end string interment store – therefore not really in the business – I found this hilarious.
Nice to know I taught her well! 😉

Where do you find women like that, she knows the truth, tolerates a video editor and has a paying job…. Is it genetic? or did it take many years of training?
Jeez, Around here, if you tell your girlfriend you do video,,, she wants to know how soon “we” are moving to Hollywood… and soon your Xmas cards start coming from all your ex’s with a California postmark…..

LOL! Nope, no sister. I think it helps that she’s an artist/musician so she is actually quite open to this type of work. And boy does her paying job rock!!! Especially when I’m not getting paid. 😉
