    Would someone here be willing to compare and contrast these two packages? I’ll be using them primarily in FCP, but I’m climbing the AE learning mountain, and will eventually want to take advantage these filters there as well.

    I have a review/ plugin guide for Sapphire on my website, maybe that helps. I haven’t teste Boris in a long time, so I can’t help you much there. My general opinion on such plugin suites is, that they are often not really necessary since a lot of the effects are redundant.
