  OT Best format for video on CD….not DVD

  I’ve been burning an 8 minute project to VCD through Toast 6 for PC users. I’m wondering if there’s a better format….the client would like this to playback on a PC and Mac. Now here’s the part I’m hung up on…..autorun, I’ve messed around with autorun and .asx stuff on my PC all day but can’t seem to get a VCD to autorun when inserted.

  My mind is mush, I can’t even think straight, I’ve been up a little too long. Any help would be wonderful.
