Probably just me since I have upgraded eyewear due tomorrow, but I’m straining a bit reading the new black on white approach.

On the forum top pages, the distinction between what’s read and what’s not is clear. But once I go the the thread itself, not much discernible difference.

Again, likely just my aging eyes.

I find the white too strong; an off-white, ecru, tan, or gray would be less eye-straining. But please, don’t use black for backgrounds to white text: when I stop reading a page like that, my eyes have burn-in after-images like the old plumbicon cameras.:-)
