Does anybody know the answer to these two?

I just bought a brand new laptop, and I’d like to install both Avid Media Composer and Final Cut Pro on it. I’m extremely strict as far as compatibility goes, so I want to setup two partitions. One with Media Composer, one with Final Cut.

If I used my OSX disc that came with my laptop to install OSX onto the second partition, would that be a violation of the EULA?

Second question, I own both a laptop and desktop. In the future, as when I were to upgrade my OS, would I need to purchase two OS upgrade discs, one for each system?
