I have noticed recently that the option/right/left arrow to move trim one frame at a time no longer works in Adobe Premiere Pro. I am running 14.9 on two different Macs-an older 2010 Mac Pro tower/High Sierra and a newer iMac Pro/Catalina. The function doesn’t work on either platform, so it is not the computer. Anyone else noticing this, and is there a workaround?

Working on 2019 Mac Pro/Catalina w/14.9.

Works on a 2020 iMac with all latest OS and PP. PP is very buggy, in my experience, with what OS and PP update you have. It’s infuriating how you have to seek the perfect combination. Could be the sequence is corrupt. Try it on an auto-save version.

Thanks for your responses. It’s not the sequence. It doesn’t work with any project or sequence.

Not sure if this will help but can you create a new user or try a different user account?

OK, I figured it out. I took another look at my keyboard shortcuts and I saw what I was doing wrong. I was trying to trim, which I forgot was actually the period and the comma. Option/arrow moves the whole clip one frame at a time, but I was trying to trim with that command, which obviously doesn’t work. I just needed a refresher on the shortcuts. Your responses helped me see what was going on. Thank you very much.
