optimize for web
I’m having trouble exporting my FCP sequence to a file size and clarity that is optimal for my website. Does anyone have any suggestions?

How long is the sequence?
What is the content of the sequence? (fast moving or interview or mixed etc)
What format are you planning to deliver it in? (Quicktime, Windows media etc)
What connection speed(s) would you like to cater for? (56k, slow broadband and/or fast broadband)It’s a London thing.
