Optical Flow for faster speed?

If I speed up a clip in FCP, is there any advantage in exporting it to Motion to apply optical flow? -

Not really but you can try it.
When speeding up, generally you’re just dropping frames. Optical Flow is designed to attempt to create frames where there were none.bogiesan
