opening WIN Premiere Pro on MAC Premiere Pro CS3 platform PLEASE ASSIST!!!!!
Hey guys,
I have an old premiere Pro project that I created on a XP platform that I need to open and continue the edit on a MAC using Premiere Pro CS3. when I attempt to open I get msg:
“This project was saved in a version prior to Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 and cannot be opened on a Mac. Please refer to the guide….”
Is there a trick to getting this to open? or is my edit doomed forever in Windows land?
I’m an motion graphics designer and am kind of a editing noob.

You need to open the project in CS3 or CS4 on a PC, and save it on that PC first. That’s because the Mac version started at CS3.
