Opening QT in QT window
Does anyone else have this problem: In AE (CS3) I cannot open a QT in its QT window if I dble-clk in the Project panel on my Windows machine (64bit). It will always open in the Footage panel, so it must load into RAM to preview. It works fine on my MacBook Pro.
Not a big deal, I just wonder if I am missing something obvious. As I think about it, it began with XP64 and continues w/Vista64. Is this a Windows-64bit thing?

Not sure, as I am not in front of AE, but don’t you have to alt or ctrl double click ??? just wondering, but usually I just open the movie in QT, not the QT player in AE…
