Opening a PC file on Mac CS#
Is there any possible way to get a project that was made on the PC to open on the Mac?

No, Encore projects are platform-specific.
That said, if you install Boot Camp on the Mac with Windows XP/Vista and with Encore for Windows installed, you can of course open a Windows Encore project there.
