    Hi,

I hope someone might be able to help. I’m creating an enhanced CD and normally I would receive an open session audio CD master to add the data session to.

In this instance I haven’t been given an open session master and just a wav file – just wondered if anyone has any tips on how I can create one.

I’m working on a mac & have access to a PC too.

    Cheers,

    Dan 🙂

Hello Dan and welcome to the Cow Audio Forum,

If by “Open Session” CD you mean an unfinalized CD, I would create an open CD in Toast. When I have made such CDs in the past, I needed to put the audio on first (which became CD audio) followed by subsequent data burns. In that case we wanted the CD audio to play in CD players and the other data to be accessible via computer.

After I added the data, I finalized the CD.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Ty Ford

Thanks, I’ll have a look at the options in Toast 🙂
