  Open Project and by pass loading media and/or muting FX

  In Premiere Pro, is there a way to load a project file, but bypass loading the media (All Media will be Offline)?

  Additionally, loading a project file and muting the FX?

  I have a project that requires loading about 6-9 times before it loads…bypassing media and FX may help identify the source of crashes.

  In my experience with Premiere Pro, it bombs out with large projects (60+ minutes) with many FX applied, mostly if the whole project is in one timeline.
