Oops! agcolor grading ain…sorry for boring you guys with this issue of colour grading/correction…but someone please read..I wana learn…hey! thanks…Okay! keeep your eyes opened…

I have a 4mins clip lying somewhere in my hard drive and I want to color correct and grade it. What I have done is first to take a close look at each scenes and pictures and see what help I can do to the picture…then I found some and I jotted the color problems down…

Now my problem is this, how do I import this file in AE for color colorecting. I guess importing this clip as a ‘whole’ will affect the rest which I dont want…I want each scene to have some sort of colour statement not all at once.

Do I use my video editing programme (Adobe Premeire 6.5) to dice each scenes into bits and import them in AE for this purpose and if so…can someone please explain the process….

I’d like to know the best suitable way to go around this or rather how is it done by professionals….

Thank you guyz for reading, I hope to read from somebody soon…

    Regards,
    ‘kk’

Why not do the color correction in Premiere?

Don’t have Premiere 6.5, but can you set a work area in the timeline and export just the work area?
