  Only two video export formats when rendering video!

  So I have a video that I want to export with a transparent background. I looked it up and people tell me to export it in a certain format using “File-Export-Render Video-Adobe Media Encoder-Format”. I have done all the steps, except there is only two formats I can render with, H.264 and DPX! Neither of these support transparency I think.
  I am trying to export the photoshop file and edit it using After Effects. I do have Media Encoder. How can I get more export formats to work, or at least export my video with a transparent background?
