Anyone having this problem or know solution? CS4 Prod Prem DVD installed fine months back in Vista Prem x64. Recently I did a clean install of 7 on a new bare drive which went well. But when I tried to install the Prod Prem Suite in 7, error msg was returned saying Photoshop x64 and Flash failed to install successfully.

I checked Program Folder (C-drive)& found Ps x64 files there. But when I tried to launch Ps, an error msg returned saying some files could not be found in directory. However, all the other appls in the CS4 Suite installed fine and launched okay: Ae Pr, Sb, En, etc…

Adobe Support was clueless after researching these symptoms and suggested maybe the DVD disks were bad. Doubt it since it installs on Vista. Help!

    Try resetting your Photoshop Prefs.

If that does not work, you may need to completely uninstall your Adobe Suite(especially Acrobat & Photpshop) and reinstall.
