August 5, 2018 at 6:23 amId say WordPress , Joomla and Wix. Choose the one which has a good function, convenient , easy on the budget and it should have a do it yourself option. You can also try Weebly it is a drag-and-drop website builder that allows you to make websites easily.

August 26, 2018 at 10:03 pmI’d recommend WordPress as Joomla is a dead-end at this point and Wix is far too limited and locks you into their system. There are many hosting services that will load WordPress for you and even give you an SSL certificate for your site, included in the base cost. Siteground.com is a great hosting service if you choose to go with WordPress.

September 12, 2018 at 10:48 amHi Richard, it good to know that you are interested in website designing. I have started this work many years ago with the learning of HTML, C++ and JAVA but now the time has changed and there are many better and easy options available for web designing. I agree with the guys above that WordPress is by far the most easy and flexible platform for both beginners and professionals. It is easy to use, provide great web hosting, speed and performance. Also it is easy to customize, mobile friendly, got a distinctive appearance and most of all it is also SEO friendly. As for the online courses for the web designers there are few good ones available for free. you can check all these websites for free courses on various topics of web designing. Here is the list of these websites just add .com to view them

November 22, 2018 at 5:46 pmI would still recommend learning HTML+CSS, go to codecademy or edx, they have good courses and some of them are free. Once you go through the basics and want to try out something more complex, reactJS is not hard to learn and it will improve you webpage interactivity by a long shot.
