I used https://www.takeoffvideo.com on the last project where I needed to show content remotely.

I live in France, my direct client was in Copenhagen, and their client was in Greenland.

It gives you your video with a timeline, allowing clients to stop the playback, add a comment, then continue watching. You can then add replies to those comments, upload changes etc etc. You can control levels of access, who can upload etc. You can setup email notifications for when comments are added. You can upload graphics, scripts or whatever I guess.

It worked flawlessly and I would definitely recommend it wholeheartedly.

AND it’s free – at the moment. They have surveyed users about a charging policy so I don’t think it’ll stay free for too much longer.
