I’m doing my first online and have a few questions..

    I’m using a MacPro (newest 2.93)
BlackMagic DeckLink Extreme 3D (Plan is to connect via HD-SDI.)
My raid is 4TB connected via eSATA.

Will this storage be fast enough to capture HDCAMSR material in PR 422HQ? What is the data rate needed if not?

Should be fine. I have a 2TB Raid via eSATA that handles that codec without issue. Hopefully it is a reliable brand of enclosure…

The target data rates for all ProRes variants, raster sizes, and frame rates are in the appendix of Apple’s ProRes white paper [link].
