The company I work for is trying to make our 2 Xpress Pro bays online digibeta bays. Is it possible to do online 1:1 editing from digibeta with Avid Xpress Pro? Would I need an SDI Mojo? What are the minimum system requirements for the PC? And would I need Avid drives or Unity? Or would it be a lot simpler to get an adrenaline?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Xpress Pro and Mojo cannot capture SDI but can do uncompressed analog component. This may make your decision right away. Adrenaline can capture SDI with embedded audio or AES/EBU digital audio. The captured media can be moved to Xpress Pro with Mojo if desired for increased flexibility in the workflow.

Adrenaline (or a used meridien-based MC) would be best for what you’ve described.
Getting technical, digibeta is 2:1 so, no you can’t really do 1:1 with it but you can do it as uncompressed as any linear bay could.
Not trying to confuse the issue there. Based on how ya asked it though… no.
