We’ll soon be working on a project that consists of one hour long video track and 5-6 music tracks allowing the user via the menu, to choose the music of choice behind the video. The dvd will be authored in DVD-SP4. Any suggestions on the simplest way to author this project? Do I use languages? Stories?

Lay down your video. Lay down your audio tracks. You can create a menu to choose which audio track you want played and set that up in the button inspector. Not really sure how you want the disc to function.

Thanks for the info. First play will go directly to a menu with the choices. Assume all the audio tracks have to be exactly the same length as video … right? Is there a limit to audio tracks that can be assigned to the same video track? I couldn’t find that info in the manual.
