    I have one asset (video clip) that I dragged in two different timelines. In the actual DVD, will Encore make two copies of that video thereby increasing the size of the content of the DVD?

    Yes, Encore will create two copies in DVD, if you use same video clip in two timelines.

    Thanks Pankaj! I did an experiment and the size on the disk doubled.
