Thanks for all the help so far. You guys have been an amazing resource.

Is there a way to have one emitter (such as pstorm) output random particles picked from a list of say 10 objects? Or do I have to have 10 different emitters? Can’t find anything online about this. I’m really looking to have a kind of random effect here… Thank you all so much!

you can do this, you don’t have to use a PStorm you can use a normal emitter from the objects menu>partilces and just put all the objects you want as children of the emitter.

There is a TP Preset to emitt multiple shapes. You will need a seperate PShape node for each shape you want to emitt and some mechanism to select which one shall be used for a particle (easiest option is modulo)
Also if you have MoGraph the Matrix object can do this with TP.
