On2 FLV Export Option Disappeared from Quicktime 7 Menu
Greetings,
I’ve been converting Quicktime files into FLV’s using Quicktime 7 and the On2 Flix Exporter plugin for several months. A few days ago, in the middle of setting up an export of 12 of these files, the option to export as an On2 FLV just disappeared. It was present for a few of the files and then it was gone. The option to export an On2 SWF remains.
I am not anywhere near the monthly quota of 1500 encodes.
Has anybody else ever had this problem? I can’t find any evidence of this problem online.

did you try uninstall and then reinstall?
Might be a corrupt plistNon-linear: all the time and nothing but.

I’ve been trying to reset my installs using their automated form (to try re-installing again), and I haven’t received any automated emails from their site after almost 24 hours. I also haven’t heard back from their technical support team after more than three days, which seems slow based on what I have read about their usual response time.
Anybody know how recently google bought On2? Seems like they must be in the middle of the transition, or something.
