  On-Set Playback System

  Hi! I am Looking at the multitude of Great BlackMagic Products that are out right now and I’m thinking I could build a really good playback system for use on Commercials.

  Is the Media Express 3 Software combined with an Ultrastudio 3D a good way to set up playback for one to two cameras?

  I was thinking the Dual HD-SDI streams into the ultrastudio 3D saved as two separate files would be a really convenient way to do A and B cameras.

  What recording formats are supported with Media Express 3? Could I record directly into Pro Res or DNXHD files with it?

  I was also considering an ATEM TV studio for switching and super basic keying tests.

  What do you all recommend?
