So everyone is aware of the FS100’s ability to output 4:2:2 video from the HDMI to a capture device. I’m wondering if there isn’t a software solution, similar to Adobe’s On Location software.

Unfortunately, I don’t think On Location works with HDMI.

Maybe there’s something else out there? Any Ideas?

Additionally, I’m working on a film project that makes extensive use of animatronics and miniatures. We’re filming on a Green Screen, and it would be incredibly beneficial to see a live preview of the keyed elements— what software would work with my Sony FS100?

I think all problems would be solved if Adobe would just bite the bullet and give On Location a much needed update/overhaul.
