  On-Hold Message for Phone System

  Is there a formula for creating on-hold messages?

  I have created a multi-channel file and exported the session as an 8z/8bit uLaw file format. When I listen to the exported file there is so much static. Is there a way to control this? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
