on camera light?
I am shooting a PSA for my regional Red Cross chapter where I’ll be shooting on the scene with disaster relief workers…say at a house fire, at night. I certainly won’t have time to light the scene so can anyone suggest a great light to use in order to get the professional, NON-news/cops look? Budget is somewhat an issue but not ultimately. Thanks.

Kind of a catch-22 with an on-camera light. Better than no light but not by a big margin. That said, the LED Litepanels are amazing and so are the Frezzi HMIs. Try before you buy if possible.

Right- either are good choices for on-camera lighting.

I can vouch for the LEd light panels. Awesome. Get the kit if you can.
