  OMF files into Logic

  I’m finding that Logic does not like importing OMF files. I have tried on several different systems all running logic 7.1 & 7.2 with various OMF files. I wanted to mix an hour long doc in Logic but I could not import the OMF. So i mixed in ProTools. I have successfully imported small, very simple OMF’s with very few tracks, but when it came to a full length job – forget it … Does anyone have any experience importing large (1 or 2 gig) OMF files into Logic? Any tips would be great.
