    Hey everyone,

Having some issues doing an OMF export for protools on a 2hr program. I know that OMF export is limited to 2gb file size…but i seem to be getting that error no matter where I put the in and out points.

What workflow does everyone else use in long form programs to get around the 2gb OMF limitation?

    thanks

just saw the other post further down about this same issue…looks like turning tracks off and doing multiple OMF exports is the answer.

Yup, that works. Also note that OMF exports ignore IN and OUT points, it always goes for everything on the timeline. So another thing to do is to duplicate the sequence a few time and chop it up into sections.
