i was asked by an online editor that they need the full omf audio from my offline edit — can someoen tell me a step by step on how to do it

you want OMF 2.0
check Include all audio tracks in sequence
consolidate media
60 frame handle (thought you can chose what handle lenght you want)
check include rendered audio effects
check render all audio effects
audio “embedded in omf”or just hit F1 and search “omf export”
the help file is your friend.
