    Weeeeell… I suppose you could give it a try under Windows Compatibilty Mode, if you do have trouble running it natively.

    I doubt that many people are running such an old version on a Vista box, who could give you a definitive answer.

    Just to quote the System Requirements:

    Intel Pentium processor
    Windows 98 or NT 4.0
    64MB RAM
    80MB hard disk space for installation
    Quicktime 4.01

    Does your machine meet those specs? :o)

    Do you mean CS4? If so, that’s the newest version. If you actually mean you’re buying version 4…I hope you’re paying less than $10 for it. Unless this is some exercise in playing with antiques…
