    Hi everyone,

I was just wondering if there is a way for this:
I´ve already applied the old expression driven camera trick to have particles in particular not facing the camera all the time.
This trick workes just fine as long as your main camera is not moving in z-space all too much. Let´s say you would dolly back in the main comp … it would result in your “particle camera” also dolly back ,thus making you particle smaller and smaller.
So is there a way to keep the “particle camera” in a certain radius around the particle, but still taking into account where the main camera is look at? So that the “particle camera” can still go around?

    regards

    Christian

I’m not sure if I know exactly what you are talking about. If you are using CS3 and lower you could upload a project file, I think your saying particular is on a precomp, but I’m not sure why you would do this because it would put the particles on a flat layer (unless that’s desired) If your still watching this thread a project file or more info would help
