July 28, 2011 at 1:27 amThanks. Some great tips! In terms of coloring I’ve heard some great things about the latest Harry Potter film, and in terms of FX…the latest Michael bay Transformers 3d epic, but not a fan of either!
BTW, has anyone figured out a workflow using Premiere as your NLE? I’ve read somewhere that you need to use FCP7 to first convert the xml generated, since Premiere only understands FCP7 xml

The way he gives every character a key color is amazing .
People sometimes feel potter is too desaturated, but I think the way he does it it makes the way for the color-telling of the story.
Just don’t watch the 3D version, the glasses take out way to much color .
And yes , a 25% Michal bay orange and teal makes every skintone nice to look at .
Clients love it , when they ask for “natural healthy skin” they actually mean “digital powder”A slice of color…
