Old Film Effect
Does anyone know if there is an effect to make a piece of video look like old film reel with the crackles, lines, etc., either in After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro CS3?

Just search this forum, the question comes up often. There are plugins you can buy or there are ways to fake it. Decision is based on your budget and patience.
