    I remember when I was in college, the version of AE that I was using had some stock footage of that old film style count down that you would put at the beginning of a video (if you dont know what i mean, ill try to find an example). I’m working with AE 7 now and I can’t find it anywhere. Did they take it out??? It would really come in handy with this video im making. If anyone knows where this is available (for free) i would really appreciate it. Thanks!

    NOTE – This clip has a complete film countdown along with a “china girl” (not a girl of Chinese origin, but a clip of an attractive girl used by film processors to ensure that colors – such as skin tones – are being accurately duplicated).

    this is the one i was looking for!!! Dumb question time: how do I go about saving it and bringing it into premier? Do I have to go into my internet temp files?
