old fashioned borders/ backgrounds?
Posted by Hunter Stuart on February 18, 2010 at 10:23 pmHow do I make an old fashioned border in Final Cut? You know, the kind from old movies, when there’s titles or chyrons on the screen — before sound. Thanks!

There were Chyrons before sound!!
Have you looked in Motion for old borders? I wouldn’t be surprised if there were some there but frankly I haven’t needed to look. There are some old style graphics & templates in DVDSP which are just tifs or jpegs. Find where they are on the drive and try importing into FCP.
No doubt you have already searched the web
