old dongles
Here’s abizarre request. I’m trying to revive an old 8100 nubus mac running 2.6.2 m100. I’m giving it to a student of mine to play around with. Believe it or not the system still works. I have the software and dongle and can even get it to load a project and digitize. For some reason, can’t get the CG option to show up when I start media 100. I see the CG option in the m100 2.6.2 folder but I’m think the dongle I have is only for the application and not the power option or cg option. Might anyone have an old set of dongles laying around in a junk drawer or something. Better yet maybe when I reinstalled 2.6.2 I may have overlooked something? It’s been so long since I’ve had my m100 thinking cap on.

i seem to remember we had to surrender the dongles for the serial no versions
and my memory is ay foggier than some others for installing that version
funny though how they just keep on working

I have an old LX (or was it an XE?) dongle doing nowt that you can have, trouble is it was for a version 4.5 system. Don’t know if it would work on a Nubus one. Any use?

i have 2 dongles hdr option and suite deal plus power option and show me the same problem, i dont know what happpen, thank you if you can help me
