  • Offset object, when being a child of a camera… HELP please :)

    Hi friends,

I think this would be an easy one for the experienced…

I have attached an object to a camera, which is moving(the camera is moving).

I then want to reposition my object. When you make the object a child of the camera, it automaticly centers the object, to the camereas center – if I move my object, it will just pop right back to center, when I scroll or play the timeline.

i have a deadline in a few hours, so i would be nice with some immidiate response – even if you just have small hints or suggestions, anything is welcome.

    Thanks in advance,

    Francis

Well, this should happen only when your object has a keyframe assigned,
when you move the timeslider without setting another keyframe your object
automatically snaps back to the last keyframe-position.
(you might like and delete all keyframes, or leave it just by one)

    Cheers
    Nolan
