    Hi,

I’m making a airport runway and have landing lights running down the strip. I’ve created one of them and then used a MoGraph Cloner Object to multiply them down the side of the runway. I’d like to be able to create the look of the lights firing off down the runway (one after the other), but can’t figure out how to offset the animation of the light inside each of the lights.

Is there a way to do this inside the Mograph plug in or is it something that will have to be hand-animated?

    Thanks,

    Christian

The easyest if you are using r.10.5 there is a tutorial on the c4dcafe.com site about LED light animation that would fit this nicely.
Otherwise I would suggest an expresso solution…

Animate the light turning on then use a step effector with animation offset enabled.

    Adam,

I can’t find the animation offet enabled button, where it is located in the Step Effector?

Adam means the Time Offset setting in the Parameters tab of the Step Effector.
