  Hi

  I am trying to import an OMF file which was created on Avid Media Composer into my Final Cut Pro Project.

  I am trying to Batch capture the sequence at an online resolution.

  The problem is that FCP seems to try and capture the whole tape rather than just the clips duration. Should the sequence I imported from the Avid have been consolidated/or is there something I should do on Final Cut?

  Also, when moving sections of a project to another FCP I can’t seem to batch capture the seperate clips, it again wants to capture the vast majority of the tape.
